In 1975, the sweet and cheerful girl My Melody made her debut, followed by her self-proclaimed rival Kuromi, who debuted in 2005. That means 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of My Melody and the 20th anniversary of Kuromi.
To celebrate this milestone, a stop-motion animation titled "My Melody & Kuromi", is created.
